Terms and Conditions
for Perennial Petals Workshops and Special Events

By purchasing tickets to Perennial Petals Workshops and Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds on Tickets
   All ticket purchases are final and cannot be refunded. Please double-check your selected date and time before completing your purchase, as we are unable to process changes or cancellations. If we need to cancel the event, a refund will be issued.
2. Weather Policy
   Our farm welcomes visitors in all weather conditions. Be prepared for an outdoor experience and dress accordingly, including wearing appropriate footwear, for rain, sun, or anything in between.
3. Visitor Responsibility
   Guests must keep children under supervision at all times. Stay alert for uneven surfaces, farm equipment, and other potential risks typical of an outdoor farm setting.
4. Photography Policy
   Feel free to snap photos during your visit. Permission required for drones, mail us: perennialpetals@gmail.com
   No professional photography allowed during Workshops and Special Events.
5. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
   By purchasing tickets and entering Perennial Petals, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting our property, including but not limited to risks related to uneven terrain, weather, and other natural conditions. We suggest sturdy shoes or boots for your comfort and safety. Careful navigation of the grounds is also critical.
   Perennial Petals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
6. Farm Rules
   All visitors must follow posted guidelines and staff directions. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the farm without a refund. There is no admittance to any of the building unless specifically invited to do so.
7. Photo Release Waiver
   By entering the Perennial Petals Flower Farm and participating in any of the Workshops or Special Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following below and submit the form:
